MORE BUSES
In October 1991, Nigel Eadon-Clarke visited British Double Decker. As well as the former London Transport DMS class buses, he found others which had been owned or operated by British Double Decker included:
RT 3173, an earlier AEC Regent IIIRT bus in Red with a gold coloured band. It carried the name "Tower of London".
EDV 518D, a Bristol FLF6G formerly with "Western National" in England. It wore an advertisement for Denver Burglar Alarm.
512 OHU, another Bristol FLF6G formerly with "Bristol Omnibus" in England.
HGM338E, a Bristol FLF6G formerly with "Central Scottish" in Scotland. It wore an advertisement for Diet Pepsi.
KDL 413, a Bristol 'Lodekka'formerly with "Southern Vectis on the Isle of White. It was painted allover red as 'The Ticket Bus'. This bus was parked in the centre of Denver for many years.
XWY 977G, a Bristol VRT/SL6G formerly with "Keighley-West Yorkshire" in England. It was in a derelict state in October 1991.
There were a number of other derelict vehicles and vehicle parts including German Neoplan Coaches, a US GM 'Fishbowl' bus and a yellow School Bus.
